Connect Shopify to Mailchimp

What This Integration Does This integration moves Shopify customer, order, and product data into Mailchimp so the email programme runs on what people actually buy — not on what the marketing team guesses they want. New customers are added to the right audience, order activity feeds the segmentation engine, and abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows fire on real shop events. The...

Connect Stripe to Sage

What This Integration Does This integration pushes every successful Stripe charge into Sage Business Cloud Accounting as a posted sales invoice, with the customer matched, the VAT code applied, and the nominal ledger updated. Refunds become credit notes. Failed and disputed payments are held back so the Sage ledger only ever reflects money the business has actually collected. For UK...

Connect Stripe to Salesforce

What This Integration Does This integration writes Stripe payment activity straight onto Salesforce Accounts, Opportunities, and Contracts so revenue operations work from collected cash, not pipeline assumptions. Subscriptions, one-time charges, refunds, and failed-payment events all flow through, attaching to the right Salesforce record and updating the fields that sales, finance, and customer success rely on. The result is a CRM...

Connect Stripe to Xero

What This Integration Does This integration creates invoices in Xero automatically every time a payment completes in Stripe. When a customer pays — whether it is a one-off charge, a subscription renewal, or an overage fee — the system creates a corresponding invoice in Xero, matches it to the correct contact, applies the right revenue account code, and marks it...

Connect WhatsApp to Klaviyo

What This Integration Does This integration brings WhatsApp Business into the Klaviyo flow engine so segmented, behaviour-driven WhatsApp messages send alongside email and SMS. About Our Integrations

Custom API Connections That Actually Work in Production

There is an important distinction between integration and automation. Tools like Zapier and Make let you connect platforms through a visual interface — trigger an event in one system, push data to another. That works for simple, low-stakes workflows. But when your billing system needs to reconcile with your accounting platform every night, when your CRM needs real-time order data from your e-commerce store, or when your team notifications need to fire reliably when a payment fails at 3am, surface-level automation breaks down. You need a proper integration — code that handles authentication, retries, error states, rate limits, and data transformation, running on infrastructure you control.

Every integration we deliver is a custom API connection between two specific platforms, built and maintained using production-grade patterns. These are not theoretical pairings or marketing permutations. They reflect the connections businesses actually need: payment processors talking to accounting software, e-commerce stores feeding customer data into CRMs, lead capture forms syncing with marketing platforms, notification systems routing business events to Slack, communication channels logging interactions back to your sales pipeline, AI services embedded into existing tools, and cross-platform sync keeping data consistent when your business runs on competing or complementary systems.

We build these integrations because they are the most common requirement in almost every client engagement. A business runs on six or seven SaaS tools. Each tool has an API. None of them talk to each other by default, so the business fills the gaps with manual data entry, CSV exports, or fragile Zapier chains that break when a field name changes. The result is wasted time, inconsistent data, and an operations team that spends more time maintaining workarounds than doing their actual jobs.

Our integration work follows the same patterns we use in our own products. The Client Dashboard processes payments through Stripe, syncs with accounting platforms, delivers real-time notifications through Slack, and handles AI operations through OpenAI — all through custom integrations we built and maintain. We know these APIs because we use them daily, not because we read their documentation once. When we say an integration is production-grade, it means it handles the edge cases that cause problems six months after deployment: expired tokens, changed webhook signatures, rate limit windows, upstream outages, and schema changes.

If you need to understand a specific platform’s API before looking at pairings, the APIs section covers each platform individually. If you want API integration as a service engagement with scoping, delivery, and support, API Integrations and System Integration cover that process. This section sits between those two: it covers specific platform-to-platform connections and explains what each one involves, what problems it solves, and how we deliver it.

Need Two Systems Connected?

We build custom API integrations that connect your platforms properly — with error handling, monitoring, and reliability built in.
