Metrics

The numbers behind our work -- project delivery metrics, client retention data, and operational performance indicators we can verify.

What We Measure

We do not fabricate statistics or inflate numbers. The metrics on this page are verifiable indicators from our own operations and client engagements — things we can measure accurately and stand behind.

These numbers tell a specific story: how we deliver, how long clients stay, and what our own products demonstrate about our capabilities.

Client Retention

Client retention is the most honest metric in professional services. Businesses that are happy with the work continue. Businesses that are not, leave. Our retention numbers reflect the quality of the relationship, not just the quality of the code.

Project Delivery

Delivery metrics track whether we do what we say we will do, when we say we will do it. These numbers come from the same sprint management and time tracking systems our clients use — the data is visible to both sides.

Technical Metrics

Our own products serve as a living benchmark. The Client Dashboard and Beacon suite run in production daily on the same stack and standards we apply to client work. Their performance metrics demonstrate what we deliver when we are the client.

Integration Coverage

We have shipped production-grade integrations with dozens of third-party platforms — payment processing, email delivery, AI, communication, e-signatures, analytics, and more. Each integration includes error handling, retry logic, and monitoring. See our API integrations section for the platforms we work with.

Product Portfolio

Our own software portfolio includes:

  • Client Dashboard — full B2B SaaS platform with project management, billing, reporting, and AI tools
  • Six Beacon products — spanning mobile, desktop, browser extension, monitoring, AI agents, and data collection
  • Production APIs — serving multiple client-facing products simultaneously

This is not prototype work. These are commercial products with paying users, running in production, maintained and evolved continuously.

What These Numbers Mean

Metrics without context are meaningless. What these numbers demonstrate is:

  • We build things that last — client retention shows the work continues to deliver value
  • We deliver predictably — project metrics show scope and timeline accuracy
  • We practice what we recommend — our own products prove the approach works at scale

We build the systems, integrations, and automation that replace manual work and disconnected tools. If something here resonated, we should talk.
