Pulse presents project and operational data in a mobile-first format. This is not a shrunken version of the Dashboard — it is information restructured for quick consumption on a small screen.

Project summaries show the current state of each active project: what phase it is in, how the current sprint is progressing, whether anything is overdue, and what is coming next. You get the answer to “How is this project going?” in a single glance.

Key metrics surface the numbers that matter most: hours logged this week, sprint completion percentage, upcoming milestones, and any items flagged for attention. These are not exhaustive reports — they are the data points that change how you prioritise your next action.

Contextual information is available when you need to go deeper. Tap on a project summary to see recent activity, sprint details, or team assignments. Tap on a metric to see the trend behind the number. The depth is there when you need it but does not clutter the default view.

Quick approvals let you act on items that are waiting for your input — approve requests, sign off on estimates, or acknowledge completed milestones. These actions are designed for mobile: minimal taps, clear confirmation, and immediate effect.

For teams using Beacon Bits, Pulse also shows process monitoring status — a quick check that background operations are running as expected without needing to access a server.
