Beacon Workbench Features

Every feature in Beacon Workbench -- heavy data operations, site copy analysis, bulk extraction, and deep project work on desktop.

Overview

Beacon Workbench is a desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux built for the work that does not fit in a browser tab. When a project demands serious depth — large-scale data operations, comprehensive site analysis, or bulk content processing — Workbench gives you the space and power to tackle it properly.

Workbench is not a replacement for the Client Dashboard. It is the tool you reach for when the task at hand needs more than a web interface can comfortably provide. Heavy file operations, long-running analysis tasks, and complex data manipulation are what Workbench is designed for.

Workbench costs £25 per month, or is included in the All Products Pack at £50 per month. Retainer clients receive the All Products Pack at no additional cost.

What We Cover

Heavy Operations

Large-scale tasks that benefit from desktop processing power and a dedicated interface — bulk data operations, comprehensive analysis runs, and multi-step workflows. See Heavy Operations for details.

Site Copy Analysis

Deep content analysis across entire sites — evaluating copy quality, consistency, tone, and structure at scale rather than page by page. See Site Copy Analysis for how this works.

Data Extraction

Structured extraction of data from websites, documents, and APIs into usable formats — CSVs, structured JSON, or direct import into other tools. See Data Extraction for capabilities and use cases.

Bits Monitoring

If you have a Beacon Bits subscription, Workbench provides a full monitoring dashboard for your background processes. This is more detailed than the Pulse mobile view — ideal for investigating issues and reviewing historical data.

Where to Start

Start with the main product page for an overview. Explore Heavy Operations for the core use case, or see Site Copy Analysis and Data Extraction for specific capabilities.

We build the systems, integrations, and automation that replace manual work and disconnected tools. If something here resonated, we should talk.
