The AI Agent is an autonomous assistant built into the Client Dashboard that handles repeatable tasks without you triggering each step. Unlike AI Tools — which you initiate and review — the agent operates on its own, triggered by business events, schedules, or conditions. Your role shifts from doing the work to reviewing the output.
The agent handles tasks that follow a predictable pattern: triaging incoming data, generating structured content from templates, processing routine updates, and surfacing exceptions that need human attention. It does the repeatable work so your team focuses on the decisions that actually require judgement.
Who It Is For
The AI Agent is for Digital Royalty clients who have repeatable, structured tasks within their Dashboard workflow that currently require manual effort. The most common use cases are clients on retainers with ongoing content production, clients with high volumes of incoming requests that need triaging, and operations teams that need regular reports generated from changing data.
How It Works
The agent runs as a background process within the Dashboard, configured with triggers, tools, and escalation rules — the same agent architecture used across the Beacon platform.
In the Dashboard context, this means the agent can respond to Dashboard-specific events: a new request submitted, a scheduled reporting cycle, a data threshold reached. It executes its task, produces an output, and either delivers the result directly or flags it for your review — depending on the rules you have set.
The agent does not make high-stakes decisions. Its boundaries are explicit — classification, formatting, routing, and generation within defined parameters. Anything outside those parameters is escalated to a person. Every execution is logged with a full audit trail so you can trace exactly what happened.
