Who It Is For
Integrations is for Digital Royalty clients who use multiple platforms and need them to work together rather than operate as disconnected silos. It is particularly valuable for businesses that have outgrown copy-pasting data between tools and need automated data flow across their operations.
How It Works
The Client Dashboard ships with built-in integrations to the platforms most commonly used in business operations:
Stripe handles payment processing, subscription management, and invoice payments. When a client pays through the Dashboard, Stripe processes the transaction and the Dashboard updates in real time via webhooks.
OpenAI powers the AI Tools and AI Agent features. Queries, content generation, and analysis tasks are processed through OpenAI’s API with structured output handling and cost tracking.
Twilio enables SMS notifications and communication. Alerts, reminders, and status updates can be delivered via text message as well as email and in-platform notifications.
SignWell manages digital contract signing. Contracts are sent for signature directly from the Dashboard, and signed documents are stored permanently in the platform.
Google APIs connect Gmail and calendar functionality for communication tracking and scheduling.
Amazon SES handles bulk email delivery with open/click tracking, bounce handling, and deliverability monitoring.
