How It Works
Access is controlled through role-based permissions powered by a granular permission system. Each user is assigned a role that defines what they can see and do — viewing projects, managing billing, accessing the password vault, submitting requests, or administering the account.
Permissions are composable, meaning roles can be customised to match your organisational structure. A project lead might have full project visibility but no access to billing. A finance delegate might see invoices and payment history but nothing about project delivery.
All sensitive data — particularly credentials in the password vault — is encrypted at rest and in transit. Vault entries use field-level encryption, so even database access does not expose plaintext credentials.
Audit logging records every significant action: logins, permission changes, credential access, data exports, and administrative operations. This log is immutable and available to account administrators, providing the evidence trail that compliance frameworks require.
Session management gives administrators visibility into active sessions and the ability to revoke access instantly. If a team member leaves or a device is compromised, their session can be terminated without waiting for a password reset.
