What Subscriptions Does
Subscriptions gives you a single place to manage all your Beacon product subscriptions. Start, stop, upgrade, or change plans without contacting support. Every subscription, billing cycle, and entitlement is visible and controllable from the Dashboard.
This is where you manage access to paid Beacon products like Pulse, Workbench, Bits, and Agents, as well as the All Products Pack.
Who It Is For
Subscriptions is for Digital Royalty clients who use paid Beacon products and need to manage their plans, review billing, and control which products their team has access to. It is also for clients evaluating the Beacon suite who want to see what is available before subscribing.
How It Works
The subscription management interface shows all available Beacon products with their pricing, features, and current subscription status. From here, you can subscribe to individual products or switch to the All Products Pack.
Individual Beacon products are £25 per month each: Beacon Pulse, Beacon Workbench, Beacon Bits, and Beacon Agents. The All Products Pack is available at £50 per month or £500 per year, giving access to every paid tool at a significant discount.
Loyalty pricing rewards continued subscription: Year 2 receives a 10% discount, and Year 3 onwards receives 20% off. Cancelling and resubscribing resets to Year 1 pricing.
Clients on an active retainer with Digital Royalty receive the All Products Pack at no additional cost as part of their retainer benefits.
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe, with full PCI compliance and secure payment handling. You can update payment methods, view upcoming charges, and download invoices for any subscription.
Entitlements update immediately when a subscription changes. Subscribe to a product and access is granted within seconds across all connected Beacon apps.
