AI Agents Pricing

Pricing for AI agent development and Beacon Agents subscriptions -- project costs, subscription fees, and pay-as-you-go execution charges.

How Pricing Works

AI agent pricing has two components: the development cost of building the agent (a one-off project) and the ongoing cost of running it (a Beacon Agents subscription plus per-execution charges).

The development cost depends on the complexity of the agent — what it needs to do, how many systems it connects to, and how much custom logic is required. The ongoing cost is a fixed subscription plus predictable usage charges.

What Is Included

Beacon Agents Subscription — £25/mo

The base subscription includes:

  • Access to all agent types — sales, support, lead qualification, process automation, internal operations, API-connected, and custom
  • Agent monitoring — visibility into execution history, decisions, and outcomes
  • Audit logging — complete record of every agent action
  • Human handoff infrastructure — escalation routing and context transfer
  • Configuration management — adjust agent behaviour without code changes

All Products Pack — £50/mo or £500/yr

If you use multiple Beacon products, the All Products Pack includes Beacon Agents plus Pulse, Workbench, and Bits at a bundled price. Retainer clients receive this at no additional cost.

Standard Agent Configurations

Pre-built agent types (sales, support, lead qualification, process automation, internal operations) can often be configured rather than custom-built, reducing the initial development cost significantly. Configuration involves defining your criteria, connecting your data sources, and setting escalation rules.

What Affects the Price

  • Agent complexity — a straightforward lead qualification agent costs less to build than a multi-system orchestration agent with custom logic
  • Number of API connections — each external platform the agent connects to adds integration work
  • Custom logic requirements — agents with industry-specific or business-specific decision logic require more development
  • Execution volume — pay-as-you-go charges scale with how often the agent runs
  • AI processing costs — each agent execution that involves AI reasoning incurs API charges proportional to the complexity of the task

What Is Not Included

  • Custom agent development — the initial build is a separate project engagement, not covered by the subscription
  • Third-party API costs — if the agent connects to platforms that charge per-call (e.g., data enrichment APIs), those costs are passed through
  • Training data preparation — if the agent needs a custom knowledge base, preparing that content is a separate task
  • Ongoing agent refinement — significant changes to agent logic after deployment are scoped as additional work; minor configuration adjustments are included

Next Steps

The best starting point is a conversation about which processes in your business are candidates for agent automation. We will identify the highest-value opportunity, estimate the development cost, and explain the ongoing charges before you commit to anything. Get in touch to start that conversation.
