Client Dashboard

One platform to manage projects, billing, contracts, requests, reporting, and communication with Digital Royalty. Built for our clients, used every day.

What Changes When Your Client Relationship Has a Proper System

Most agency-client relationships run on a fragile patchwork of email, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. Invoices arrive by email. Project updates live in a shared doc or a Monday board. Passwords sit in a spreadsheet. Contracts get signed through one platform, stored in another, and referenced in a third. Support requests vanish into inboxes. Nobody has a single view of the relationship, so everybody spends time chasing information instead of making progress.

We built the Client Dashboard for ourselves first. A single platform where every aspect of the client engagement lives in one place, accessible to both sides, updated in real time, and designed around how we work. It handles project visibility, requests, billing, contracts, credential management, reporting, and AI tools. Not as a bolt-on collection of features, but as a coherent system where each capability connects to the others.

The practical result: you can see project progress yourself, in real time, without sending an email to ask. Your full billing history is in the portal with one-click access to Stripe for payment management. The encrypted vault handles secure credential sharing. Every contract you have signed is stored and accessible. Every request you have submitted is tracked from submission to completion. The overhead that most professional relationships generate does not exist here.

This is not a white-labelled project management tool. We designed and built every screen, every workflow, and every integration. It runs on our core stack (Laravel, React, PostgreSQL) with production integrations to Stripe for billing, SignWell for e-signatures, Amazon SES for notifications, Pusher for real-time updates, and OpenAI for AI-powered tools. It is the same quality of software we build for clients, because it is the same team building it with the same standards. We use it every day, which means bugs get caught quickly and improvements ship continuously.

What Is Included

Operations and Communication

  • Project Management: real-time visibility into every active project showing status, deliverables, timelines, and activity history. See what has been completed, what is in progress, and what is next without asking anyone.
  • Request Management: submit change requests, feature ideas, and support tickets through a structured workflow with status tracking. No more requests lost in email threads.
  • Query Management: structured handling of questions, issues, and support requests with full tracking from submission to resolution. Every query has an owner and a status.

Finance and Legal

  • Billing: view billing history, download invoices, and manage payment methods through an integrated Stripe-powered portal. Subscriptions, one-time payments, and invoicing handled automatically.
  • Digital Contracts: review and sign contracts digitally through the Dashboard via SignWell integration. Every signed document is stored and accessible. No searching through email attachments.

Data and Security

  • Reporting: automated reports on project progress, time allocation, and system performance. Data pulled in real time from live sources, not compiled manually.
  • Password Vault: encrypted credential sharing between your team and ours. Share database passwords, API keys, and login details securely instead of through email or messaging apps.

Intelligence

  • AI Tools: content generation, analysis, and automation tools connected to your project data. AI capabilities delivered as part of your engagement, not a separate subscription.
  • AI Agent: an autonomous assistant that handles repeatable tasks within your Dashboard, freeing you from routine interactions.

How the Dashboard Connects to Everything Else

The Client Dashboard is the central hub that all Beacon products connect through. Authentication, entitlements, and user management flow through the Dashboard. So if you use Beacon Pulse on your phone or Beacon Workbench on your desktop, you are connected to the same data and the same account. One ecosystem, not separate products that share a login page.

If you are interested in the broader set of tools available through this platform, the Beacon overview covers the full product suite. For an overview of everything in the Digital Royalty Software catalogue, that section covers the range of products we build and run. If you want to understand how we build systems like this for other businesses, the Systems section covers client portals, dashboards, and other system types we deliver. The Dashboard is the most complete example of what we build, and you get to use it directly.

Where to Start

If you are evaluating Digital Royalty as a development partner, the Dashboard is the most honest demonstration of our work. Start with the feature that matters most to you: Project Management if you care about visibility, Billing if you care about financial transparency, or AI Tools if you are interested in how we embed intelligence into business systems. For pricing details, see the Client Dashboard pricing page.

See It in Action

The Client Dashboard is included for all Digital Royalty clients at no additional cost. It is part of how we work, not an upsell. Get in touch if you want a walkthrough before starting an engagement.

The working record

How one request moves through the relationship

The stages are connected, but the amount of process changes with the size and risk of the work.

  1. 01

    Capture demand

    Client
Raise a work request, query, estimate request or meeting request in the account.
    Digital Royalty
Triage the record, clarify the boundary and assign the next owner.

The original request and later decisions stay connected.

  2. 02

    Plan delivery

    Client
Review the agreed work, project context and available status.
    Digital Royalty
Move accepted work through backlog, project and sprint controls appropriate to the engagement.

Planning is connected to the request rather than recreated elsewhere.

  3. 03

    Show progress

    Client
See relevant history, outcomes and reports without asking for a manual status email.
    Digital Royalty
Record delivery activity, time and evidence inside the operating workflow.

Visibility comes from the working record, not a separate presentation layer.

  4. 04

    Control the commercial trail

    Client
Review estimates, contracts, invoices and subscriptions available to the account.
    Digital Royalty
Manage governed document and payment states through the connected administration.

Commercial commitments remain traceable to the relationship.
