Careers

Join a team that builds real software for real businesses -- custom systems, AI, automation, and our own product ecosystem.

What Working Here Looks Like

Digital Royalty is a small, focused software company. We build custom systems, automate business processes, and maintain our own product ecosystem — and the people who do that work talk directly to clients, make architectural decisions, and see their code running in production.

There are no layers of management between you and the work. No account managers relaying requirements. No separation between “the people who decide” and “the people who build.” If you work here, you do both.

We are remote-first and UK-based. The team works during UK business hours with flexibility around that. All work is done in-house — nothing is outsourced or subcontracted.

What We Value

Ownership. You are responsible for what you build. That means understanding the problem, making good architectural decisions, and standing behind the result. It also means having the authority to make those decisions without a committee.

Honesty. If something is going to take longer than expected, say so early. If you think the approach is wrong, push back. If you do not know how to do something, ask. We would rather hear a problem on day one than discover it on day thirty.

Craft. We care about code quality, system design, and building things that last. Not because we are perfectionists, but because the systems we build become business infrastructure — and sloppy work creates expensive problems for our clients and for us.

Curiosity. The stack evolves, the problems change, and the best solutions come from people who are genuinely interested in understanding how things work — not just making them work.

What We Offer

  • Meaningful work — you build systems that businesses depend on daily, not marketing microsites
  • Direct impact — small team means your work matters and your decisions shape the product
  • Technical depth — work across the full stack: Laravel, React, PostgreSQL, AI integrations, and our own product ecosystem
  • Remote flexibility — UK-based, remote-first, with flexibility around core hours
  • Product exposure — contribute to the Beacon product suite alongside client work

How to Apply

Ready to Turn This into Action?

We build the systems, integrations, and automation that replace manual work and disconnected tools. If something here resonated, we should talk.
