Integrations Overview
Production-grade custom integrations between payment processors, CRMs, e-commerce platforms, and business tools. Real API connections, not Zapier automations.
Airtable and Slack Integration
What This Integration Does This integration sends Airtable record changes into Slack channels as structured notifications. When a project status changes, a new record is created via a form, a deadline field is updated, or a key field crosses a threshold, the appropriate Slack channel receives a formatted message with the relevant details. Airtable’s built-in Slack integration can send simple...
View integrationConnect Asana to HubSpot
What This Integration Does This integration handles the moment a HubSpot deal closes and a delivery project needs to start. When a Deal moves to Closed Won, the integration creates the corresponding Asana project from a template, populates it with the account-specific context, assigns the right owners, and sets due dates based on the contracted timeline. Status updates inside the...
View integrationConnect Asana to Slack
What This Integration Does This integration routes Asana task activity into Slack with the right level of detail for the right team in the right channel. Task creation, status changes, comments, attachments, due-date approaching alerts, and project milestone completions all post into Slack with formatting that matches how the team actually wants to consume them. Unlike Asana’s built-in Slack integration,...
View integrationConnect BigCommerce to HubSpot
What This Integration Does This integration connects BigCommerce stores to HubSpot CRM so order data, customer records, abandoned carts, and lifecycle stages flow between the two. Every BigCommerce customer becomes a HubSpot Contact, every order becomes a HubSpot Deal or revenue record, and HubSpot lifecycle stages update automatically as customers move from prospect to first-time buyer to repeat buyer. For...
View integrationConnect BigCommerce to Klaviyo
What This Integration Does This integration streams BigCommerce store activity into Klaviyo so behavioural email and SMS run on accurate, real-time data. Orders, refunds, abandoned carts, started checkouts, customer profile changes, and the product catalog all flow through. Klaviyo segments and flows respond to BigCommerce events as they happen, not on a delayed export. For BigCommerce merchants who outgrow the...
View integrationConnect Calendly to HubSpot
What This Integration Does This integration writes every Calendly booking, reschedule, cancellation, and no-show into HubSpot CRM as a meeting on the right contact, deal, or opportunity record. The Calendly event type maps to a HubSpot meeting outcome category. The Calendly owner maps to the HubSpot deal owner. The intake form answers (the questions the prospect fills out when booking)...
View integrationConnect Calendly to Salesforce
What This Integration Does This integration pushes Calendly bookings into Salesforce as Events on the right Lead, Contact, or Opportunity record. Intake form answers populate custom fields, and Opportunity stages advance automatically when meetings are booked, held, or no-showed. Reschedules and cancellations update the existing Event rather than creating duplicates. For Salesforce-driven sales orgs, this turns Calendly from a calendar...
View integrationConnect Calendly to Slack
What This Integration Does This integration posts Calendly booking events into Slack channels with the intake form answers, the meeting time, and a one-click link to prepare. Bookings, reschedules, cancellations, and no-shows route into the right channels based on the event type, the team, or the customer segment. It exists because the existing Calendly Slack notification options are blunt. Every...
View integrationConnect Claude to Notion
What This Integration Does This integration uses Anthropic’s Claude as the AI layer inside Notion, suited to long-form work: drafting long documents, summarising whole databases, answering questions grounded across many pages, and reasoning over content that does not fit in a smaller model’s context window. It is the right pairing when the workspace contains substantial content and the team needs...
View integrationConnect Claude to Slack
What This Integration Does This integration brings Anthropic’s Claude into Slack as a workspace assistant that handles long-context reasoning, document summarisation, channel digests, and grounded question-answering against the team’s actual content. Claude is well suited to long documents and structured reasoning, and this integration puts that capability in the channel where the team works. Unlike a generic chatbot, this integration...
View integrationConnect ClickUp to Slack
What This Integration Does This integration routes ClickUp activity (task creation, status changes, comments, sprint events, time-tracking alerts) into Slack channels with smart routing by Space, List, and assignee. The granularity of ClickUp (Spaces, Folders, Lists, Tasks, Subtasks) maps cleanly onto Slack channels so each team sees its own work and only its own work. It is the integration to...
View integrationConnect DocuSign to HubSpot
What This Integration Does This integration writes every DocuSign envelope, signature, and completion event onto the matching HubSpot Deal, Contact, or Company record so the signed document is part of the CRM history. New envelopes attach to the Deal when sent. Signatures and reminders update the Deal stage. Completed envelopes move the Deal to Closed Won automatically. Voided envelopes flag...
View integrationConnect DocuSign to Salesforce
What This Integration Does This integration writes DocuSign envelope activity onto Salesforce Opportunity, Account, and Contract records so signatures, contract terms, and signed documents live with the sales record. Envelopes sent from a Salesforce Opportunity are tracked through their full lifecycle. Completed envelopes advance the Opportunity stage, store the signed PDF, and extract key contract terms into Salesforce fields. For...
View integrationConnect Dropbox to Slack
What This Integration Does This integration posts Dropbox folder activity into Slack with per-folder channel mapping and rich file previews. New uploads, file deletions, sharing events, and folder restructures post to the right channel with formatting that respects file type. It is particularly useful for design, video, and large-file workflows where Dropbox is the natural home. For creative agencies and...
View integrationConnect GoCardless to Xero
What This Integration Does This integration posts every GoCardless Direct Debit collection, fee, and failure into Xero with the customer matched, the invoice marked paid on the date funds clear, and the GoCardless fee recorded as an expense. Mandate creation and cancellation events update the customer record so finance always knows which customers are on Direct Debit and which are...
View integrationConnect Google Drive to Slack
What This Integration Does This integration posts Google Drive activity into Slack channels with per-folder mapping, rich file previews, and selective filtering so each team sees the files that matter to them. New files, comments, suggestions on Docs, and shared-link activity all post into the right channel with formatting that respects file type. For organisations standardised on Google Workspace for...
View integrationConnect Google Sheets to Slack
What This Integration Does This integration posts Google Sheets events into Slack channels: new rows, cell value changes, threshold crossings, and scheduled digests of an entire sheet. For businesses where Google Sheets is the de facto source of truth for something operational, this surfaces the activity in Slack instead of relying on someone to remember to check. It is the...
View integrationConnect HubSpot to ActiveCampaign
What This Integration Does This integration synchronises contacts, deals, and lifecycle data between HubSpot CRM and ActiveCampaign so the sales team and the marketing automation engine work from the same record. Contacts created in HubSpot appear in ActiveCampaign with the right tags and list memberships, automations in ActiveCampaign update HubSpot deals as they progress, and the lead scoring used in...

Custom API Connections That Actually Work in Production
There is an important distinction between integration and automation. Tools like Zapier and Make let you connect platforms through a visual interface, triggering an event in one system and pushing data to another. That works for simple, low-stakes workflows. But when your billing system needs to reconcile with your accounting platform every night, when your CRM needs real-time order data from your e-commerce store, or when your team notifications need to fire reliably when a payment fails at 3am, surface-level automation breaks down. You need a proper integration: code that handles authentication, retries, error states, rate limits, and data transformation, running on infrastructure you control.
Every integration we deliver is a custom API connection between two specific platforms, built and maintained using production-grade patterns. These are not theoretical pairings or marketing permutations. They reflect the connections businesses actually need: payment processors talking to accounting software, e-commerce stores feeding customer data into CRMs, lead capture forms syncing with marketing platforms, notification systems routing business events to Slack, communication channels logging interactions back to your sales pipeline, AI services embedded into existing tools, and cross-platform sync keeping data consistent when your business runs on competing or complementary systems.
We build these integrations because they are the most common requirement in almost every client engagement. A business runs on six or seven SaaS tools. Each tool has an API. None of them talk to each other by default, so the business fills the gaps with manual data entry, CSV exports, or fragile Zapier chains that break when a field name changes. The result is wasted time, inconsistent data, and an operations team that spends more time maintaining workarounds than doing their actual jobs.
Our integration work follows the same patterns we use in our own products. The Client Dashboard processes payments through Stripe, syncs with accounting platforms, delivers real-time notifications through Slack, and handles AI operations through OpenAI. All of that runs through custom integrations we built and maintain. We know these APIs because we use them daily, not because we read their documentation once. When we say an integration is production-grade, it means it handles the edge cases that cause problems six months after deployment: expired tokens, changed webhook signatures, rate limit windows, upstream outages, and schema changes.
If you need to understand a specific platform’s API before looking at pairings, the APIs section covers each platform individually. If you want API integration as a service engagement with scoping, delivery, and support, API Integrations and System Integration cover that process. This section sits between those two: it covers specific platform-to-platform connections and explains what each one involves, what problems it solves, and how we deliver it.
