How Pricing Works
Digital Royalty software is split into two categories: the Client Dashboard, which is included at no cost with every engagement, and the Beacon product suite, which has both free and paid products. For a broader overview of everything we have built, see the Software page.
There are no hidden tiers, no per-seat charges, and no feature gates on the Client Dashboard. Beacon paid products have a simple, transparent pricing model: individual subscriptions or a discounted bundle.
What Is Included
Client Dashboard — Free for All Clients
Every Digital Royalty client gets full access to the Client Dashboard at no additional cost:
- Project Management: real-time project tracking
- Request Management: structured change requests
- Query Management: logged and resolved queries
- Reporting: automated progress and performance reports
- Billing Portal: invoices and payment management
- Digital Contracts: e-signatures and contract storage
- Password Vault: encrypted credential sharing
- Unlimited users: no per-seat fees
Free Beacon Tools
- WP Beacon Plugin: AI-driven WordPress growth automation
- Beacon Lens: browser-based AI assistant
Both free tools may incur pay-as-you-go charges for AI-powered features based on API consumption.
Paid Beacon Products — £25/mo Each
- Beacon Pulse: mobile alerting and decision support (iOS, Android)
- Beacon Workbench: desktop heavy operations (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Beacon Bits: background process monitoring (plus one-time setup fee per applet)
- Beacon Agents: autonomous AI workforce (base subscription + PAYG usage)
All Products Pack — £50/mo or £500/yr
Access to every paid Beacon product at a significant discount. Instead of paying £100/mo for all four individual products, the All Products Pack bundles everything for £50/mo or £500/yr.
What Affects the Price
- Number of products: subscribe to individual products at £25/mo each, or get everything for £50/mo with the All Products Pack
- Loyalty discounts: Year 2 of continuous subscription receives 10% off; Year 3 and beyond receives 20% off
- AI usage: AI-powered features across all products incur pay-as-you-go charges based on API consumption
- Beacon Bits setup: one-time setup fee per applet for Bits monitoring configuration
- Beacon Agents usage: per-execution charges on top of the base subscription
- Retainer status: clients on an active retainer receive the All Products Pack at no additional cost
What Is Not Included
- Custom agent development: building bespoke AI agents is scoped as a separate project engagement
- Custom Dashboard features: bespoke additions to the Dashboard beyond standard features
- Third-party platform fees: Stripe processing fees, Twilio SMS charges, and similar costs from third-party services
- Data enrichment setup: Beacon Crawler is used as part of service delivery, not as a self-service product
