What Beacon Pulse Does
Beacon Pulse puts the information you need to know on your phone, wherever you are. It is built for the moments when you need to check something, approve something, or make a decision and you are not at your desk. Instead of waiting until you are back at a screen, Pulse puts the information in your pocket.
This is not a scaled-down version of the Dashboard crammed into a phone screen. Pulse is purpose-built for mobile, showing you the information that matters most in a format designed for quick consumption and fast action.
Who It Is For
Beacon Pulse is for business owners, operators, and project leads who need to stay informed and responsive while away from their desk. If you manage projects, review requests, or need visibility into operations during the day but are not always at a computer, Pulse keeps you in the loop without requiring you to open a laptop.
How It Works
Pulse connects to your Beacon account and surfaces the data that matters most in a mobile-first interface:
- Activity feed: a real-time stream of updates, completions, and changes across your projects and systems
- Quick actions: approve, respond, or flag items without navigating through multiple screens
- Push notifications for important events so you do not have to check manually
- Project overview: see the status of active projects at a glance, with drill-down when you need detail
The app is designed around speed and glanceability. Most interactions take under 30 seconds. Check a status, approve a request, read an update. We use Pulse internally to stay on top of client projects when we are away from our desks. If something needs deeper attention, Pulse tells you it is there and you handle it when you get to your desk.
Pulse syncs in real time with the Client Dashboard and other Beacon products. An action taken in Pulse is reflected immediately in the Dashboard and vice versa.

Pricing
Beacon Pulse is £25/month as a standalone subscription, or included in the All Products Pack at £50/month (£500/year). Clients on an active Digital Royalty support retainer get the All Products Pack free.
How It Connects
Pulse is the mobile surface of the Beacon ecosystem. It connects to the same data as the Client Dashboard and Beacon Workbench. What you see in Pulse is the same data you see on desktop, just presented for mobile. If you also use Beacon Bits, Pulse shows Bits monitoring data and alerts on your phone.
