Beacon Agents

An autonomous workforce that handles repeatable processes -- triage, generation, monitoring, and execution. Base subscription plus PAYG usage.

What Beacon Agents Does

Beacon Agents provides an autonomous workforce that plugs into your existing processes and handles the repeatable, structured tasks that currently require a person to execute. Each agent is configured with a specific job, a set of tools, and clear rules about when to act and when to escalate — then it runs on its own, freeing your team to focus on the work that genuinely requires human judgement.

This is the product layer built on top of the AI Agents development service. The service is how agents are designed and built; this product is the platform that runs and monitors them in production.

Who It Is For

Beacon Agents is for businesses that have identified repeatable, multi-step processes they want to automate with AI — but need a production-grade platform to run them reliably, not a one-off script. Common users include teams with high-volume content production, operations teams processing incoming requests, and businesses running recurring data analysis workflows.

If you are not sure whether your process is a good candidate for an agent, start with the AI Agents development service — we will assess the process and design the agent before you commit to the platform.

How It Works

Each agent is configured with triggers (when to run), tools (what to do), and rules (when to escalate to a human). For a full explanation of how AI agents work conceptually, see What Is an AI Agent.

The Beacon Agents platform is what makes agents production-grade. It provides:

  • Orchestration — manages the execution lifecycle from trigger to completion, handling tool chaining, state management, and error recovery
  • Monitoring dashboard — real-time visibility into agent activity, success rates, exceptions, and costs, accessible from the Client Dashboard, Beacon Pulse (mobile), and Beacon Workbench (desktop)
  • Audit trail — every execution logged with inputs, tools used, outputs produced, and escalation decisions, so you can trace exactly what happened and why
  • Cost tracking — per-execution cost visibility so you know what each agent costs to run

What Is Included

  • Agent orchestration platform — production-grade execution environment for autonomous agents
  • Tool framework — modular, composable capabilities that agents chain together
  • Trigger system — event-driven, scheduled, and condition-based execution
  • Escalation rules — configurable boundaries for autonomous vs human-reviewed decisions
  • Full audit trail — every execution logged with inputs, outputs, tools used, and decisions made
  • Monitoring dashboard — real-time visibility into agent activity, success rates, and costs
  • Cross-product visibility — agent status available in Dashboard, Pulse, and Workbench

Pricing

Beacon Agents is a base subscription plus pay-as-you-go usage. The base subscription covers platform access and monitoring. Each agent execution incurs a per-run charge based on the tools used and AI API consumption. Exact pricing depends on the agents configured and the volume of executions.

The base subscription is £25/month standalone, or included in the All Products Pack at £50/month (£500/year). Clients on an active Digital Royalty retainer get the All Products Pack free. PAYG execution charges apply regardless of subscription method.

How It Connects

Beacon Agents is the autonomous execution layer of the Beacon ecosystem. The Client Dashboard AI Agent is the Dashboard’s implementation of this platform — agents that run within the Dashboard context. The broader Beacon Agents platform can run agents across any system, not just the Dashboard.

Monitoring data flows into Beacon Pulse for mobile alerts and Beacon Workbench for detailed analysis.
