Beacon Guide

The complete guide to the Beacon product suite -- what each product does, who it is for, how they connect, and how pricing works.

This guide explains every product in the Beacon suite, how they work together, and how to decide which ones you need. It is the single reference for understanding what Beacon is and how it fits into your business.

What Beacon Is

Beacon is a connected ecosystem of tools built by Digital Royalty for AI-powered growth, automation, and monitoring. Every product shares a single authentication system, unified entitlements, and a common data platform through the Client Dashboard.

The products are designed to work together, but each one stands on its own. You can use Beacon Lens without Workbench, Pulse without Bits, or any other combination that fits your needs.

How Pricing Works

Individual products: £25/mo each.

All Products Pack: £50/mo or £500/yr — access to every paid product at half the price of buying all four individually.

Loyalty discounts: Year 2 of continuous subscription = 10% off. Year 3+ = 20% off. Cancelling resets to Year 1 pricing.

Retainer clients: Active retainer clients receive the All Products Pack at no additional cost.

PAYG charges: AI-powered features across all products incur pay-as-you-go charges based on API consumption.

See Software Pricing for the complete pricing breakdown.

How They Connect

All Beacon products share the same account, the same data, and the same entitlements through the Client Dashboard. If you use Pulse on your phone and Workbench on your desktop, you are seeing the same information from different interfaces optimised for different contexts.

Bits monitoring data appears in both Pulse (mobile quick checks) and Workbench (full monitoring dashboard). Agent activity is visible across all connected products. The ecosystem gets more valuable as you use more products, but no single product requires another to function.
